Returns + Exchanges



If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a SmartWalk Product, you may return this product for a full refund within 45 days of purchase.  After 45 days, you may contact us with any problems, and we will determine how to solve them ASAP.  If you need a repair or replacement, do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  

  • 45 days and before, select return in your profile.
  • After 45 days, contact us with your issues and we will respond within 24 hours and attempt to solve the problem immediately.

If your product is not working properly upon arrival, or within 45 days, please put in for an exchange to receive a return box and label to return your product in the original packaging. You will receive your exchange product once you have shipped the original.
